Ipoh Hor Fun January 31, 2009

So today was quite fun. Went for lunch at my grandma’s place, then met up with D, MX and Tim. We walked around Heeren and bought jeans!(: D cooked dinner, Ipoh Hor Fun, YUMMY! I liked the small beef balls, and the big ones were alright, just that too much was abit.. over the top. The soup was really yum though! 

I’ve started peeling and it looks so ugly!! I’m gonna heed Tim’s advice and slather on cream. Oh gosh, long day tomorrow. Church! Gotta wake up at like.. 6am or something along those lines. Tonight was fun(: Oh yes, I’ve been having dreams about you guys. Like, everyone. D and I are gonna watch Bride Wars on Tues, everyone’s invited! Just drop me a text if you wanna come. You know, I really don’t like getting sunburnt. Its hurts! Yay! Wakeboarding again!(: Fun stuff!(:

I lost my glasses. If anyone finds them, please give me a call? I will greatly and deeply and immeasurably appreciate it. 

Its hard planning things, but when it all works out, the feeling is really good!(: Today I went shopping with my mom! I got.. a new dress and a new blouse. I’m happy! 

My skin feels hot and it hurts. Its also itchy but I can’t scratch it. I hate this feeling! My mom says that the pain should go away by like.. tomorrow or something. And then its the peeling. Boo! But its all worth it for a day on the sea. Sorry if I’m gushing about wakeboarding, but I love the feeling of being pulled by the boat, and just standing there. HAHA! Seriously!(:  Plus the smell of the salt water!<33

Miracles Do Happen January 27, 2009

I just came home for Lu’s Birthday Party and it was pretty cool. He kinda booked out Timbre, so we all gathered there, listened to music, talked and had fun laughing. I was pretty shacked though, so I came back early. Why was I shacked? Because I went WAKEBOARDING!(:

Its the coolest thing ever. Seriously, its hard at first, but once you get the hang of it, its REALLY fun! However, if you do go wakeboarding, please ensure that you do not have any plans after for you will be too tired and exhausted to be a good sport. It was still lots of fun though!(: My muscles are all sore and I’m so red now, its not even funny. I’m like.. red and brown. HAHA! Under certain light, I actually look really nice and dark(: HAHA! Burnt, that’s what I am. Please skin, turn brown. Pleaseeeee! I still feel as though I’m on the boat, bobbing up and down. Oh wow, I want to go again! Its addictive, terribly addictive. I love the sea, I think its silly not to! The smell, the water, the sand, the waves, oh wow. I’m gonna dream of the sea tonight(:

Prayer works January 25, 2009

This morning my mom got an e-mail and a text about my godma. She’s not doing so great, getting worse actually. I already know what to expect in July, and I know what’s going to happen. Even though I can do nothing to stop it, I know that the devil is trying to distract me and to make me angry. I’m not angry at all, because I know that soon I’ll be seeing her in heaven. Christians don’t die, they just fall asleep for the very last time. I happen to really enjoy sleeping(: So anyways, pray for her please. Cheers(:

Its Chinese New Year eve and my mom’s been busy clean clean cleaning all the way. I like how the house looks once everything’s all clean. Its nice and neat and it feels like we just moved in or something. Seriously! I can’t believe that I’ll be back to the land down under in 2 weeks. Exactly 2 weeks. Its weird! Oh! Dinner at my grandma’s place, YUM! She’s an AMAZING cook. So’s my other grandma. I found out a few days ago that my paternal grandfather used to be a kitchen help and he cooked really well! After that he went on to own a coffee shop and gambled all the money away. Ah well. At least I think its my granddad. Might have been my dad’s grandfather? Something like that. Ah well.

Tonight’s Urbs was SO GOOD!(: Jono Ong spoke about going back to Eden, and like why God created the earth, and how we have choices to make. It was pretty cool(: He sounded almost asian at some parts. HAHA! 

Today when I woke up, I wasn’t feeling too great, I think I was over exhausted from yesterday or something. So basically I texted in sick and stayed at home all day. It was good though, having a day to yourself and just relaxing. Calmed down and watched loads of movies. Afterward Jia Wen came over to sleep on my bed. Ah well. I’ve got another ME day tomorrow(: However, if you would like to interrupt my ME day with an US or WE or FUN day, that’s fine too. Tomorrow night is the CNY service, exciting much! I can’t believe its CNY again, this year has passed WAAAAY too fast. Two more weeks and I’ll be off, back to Aussie land, the land where the grass is either green, or burnt brown depending on the season. This year I want to pick up a new skill. Preferably the skill of studying consistently. That would be fantabulous. 

Today I watched P.S. I love you, What Happens in Vegas, the last bit of Definitely Maybe and Sydney White. You know what, in every single one of these movies, the main character always finds true love. I need to stop watching these type of movies! Tomorrow I shall see what my dad has recorded and watch something. Jono Ong was right, the more rules you have, the more lawbreakers there are. You never want to do what your parents tell you to. Like how I hate being told to go and study. Ah well.

So what have I been doing today? Watching love movies and putting all the curtains and stuff back. The sweetest thing today was watching Sense and Sensibility, and Mr Ferrars said to Elinor, “My heart is, and always will be, yours.”

Seriously, how much sweeter can a guy get? I mean, they’ve waited for each other for so long, and they’re still so in love. Oh wow. Okay, I think all girls have a thing for love no matter what they say. HAHA! As jia wen would say, if a guy says that to me, as much as I’ll melt, it’ll completely be unimaginative and boring. HAHA!

Believe January 17, 2009

I’ve come to realise that as long as you get everyone to believe with you, what you said will come to past. For example, when I was 163cm, I told everyone I was 165cm. The next time I measure myself, I was 165. Its kinda like faith. Trust and believe it will come to past. 

I believe that I will get a great apartment when we go back in Feb. I believe that God has an awesome place all ready for us, its just waiting there patiently for us. I believe that we are put here to spread the word, I believe that this year we’re all gonna grow exponentially, I believe that this year we’re all going to make new friends and form lasting friendships. I believe that this year is a year of jubilee and that nothing’s gonna stand in my way. Anyone else believing with me?

So what have I been doing the last few days? Let’s see.. I’ve been.. going out, having fun, watching telly, helping out in church, shopping – without buying anything, sleeping, losing weight. Oh yes! I’ve been losing weight. Don’t laugh! I’m serious. Shan’t tell you my secret though, cos its not exactly the best way. Anyways, I’ve got to go help my mom clean the rest of the house. Chinese New Year!(:
